Frequently Asked Questions

What are the advantages of 3D visuals over traditional photography?

3D visuals offer unmatched flexibility and cost-effectiveness, allowing you to showcase your products or vision without the need for physical samples or photoshoots. They provide endless customisation options, enabling easy adjustments to colours, materials, and angles, while ensuring consistent quality across all visuals. Unlike photography, 3D renders can depict scenes that don’t yet exist.

What do you need from me?

Product photos or technical drawings are helpful, but we can start with just a concept. We'll be happy to guide you through the process.

What formats do you deliver renders in?

We can deliver renders in a variety of formats, including but not limited to, JPEG, PNG, OpenEXR, TIFF, SVG, MPEG-4, and QuickTime. If you require a specific format, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How long does a project typically take?

The duration of a project depends on its complexity and scope. Creating 3D models can take anywhere from two days to a few weeks. Once the models are completed, we move into post-production to refine textures, composition, lighting, and other details, ensuring the final visuals effectively showcase your brand message.

How much do you charge for your service?

Pricing varies depending on the project’s scope, timeline, and complexity. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal and quote. If you decide to proceed, we’ll send a formal contract outlining the terms. A 50% deposit is required to commence the project.

What industries do you work with?

We provide services across a range of industries, including e-commerce, product design, architecture, and entertainment. If you’re unsure if we can help, feel free to contact us with your project details.

Can I request revisions on my renders?

Yes! We’ll keep you updated throughout the project and allow up to two revisions to ensure the renders meet your expectations. Additional revisions can be discussed if needed and may incur extra charges.

Can you provide the 3D models only so that they can be used in other applications?

We can deliver 3D models in commonly used formats such as OBJ, FBX, STL, and GLB. We can optimise the models for specific applications, such as 3D printing, animation, or AR/VR platforms. Let us know how you plan to use the models so we can prepare them accordingly.

Can I use the renders for print and digital platforms?

Absolutely! We provide renders optimised for both digital platforms (e.g., web and social media) and high-resolution prints. Let us know your intended use so we can prepare the files accordingly.

What’s your process for gathering feedback?

We share progress updates at key stages of the project, allowing you to review and provide feedback. This ensures we stay aligned with your vision and make necessary adjustments early in the process.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the final result?

We strive to ensure client satisfaction by involving you throughout the project. If revisions are needed within the agreed scope, we’ll make the necessary adjustments. Additional changes outside the original scope can be discussed as a separate service.
